New Construction Update

If you live under a rock you may have missed the incredible amount of new construction around our city lately. More than 3,200 apartment units are currently under construction in Broward, and more than 8,800 are on the way. New luxury condos (like the incredible Paramount project on A1A) and single family homes are in high demand as well in Fort Lauderdale.

We wanted to take a minute to highlight these lovely and luxuriously finished homes currently available in Victoria Park, Coral Ridge Country Club, and The Landings. All our new construction listings are tilt-wall construction, which provides an additional 20 MPH wind resistance over traditional CBS construction.
