Sea Ranch Lakes

Located just north of Fort Lauderdale, east of the Intracoastal, and west of A1A, Sea Ranch Lakes offers a uniquely private sense of community. One of three truly guard-gated neighborhoods in the area, (Bay Colony and one street in Harbor Beach being the other), residents love this neighborhood because of its location, security, and small town feel. Although it’s commonly thought of as a neighborhood within Fort Lauderdale, Sea Ranch Lakes is actually a walled village unto itself. The area is protected by its own police force and has its own mayor, village counsel, and municipal code.

Home styles range from small ranch-style houses to huge Mediterranean mansions. Of the 600 homes in the neighborhood most are dry lots, though a few homes are located on one of two large lakes or sit directly on the Intracoastal Waterway.

The Sea Ranch Lakes Beach Club, located directly across A1A from the neighborhood entrance, is a great neighborhood amenity offering a large pool, a club house, and 300ft of private beach. Aside from a small strip mall to the south of the gate, there is no commercial area within the city so residents rely on Pompano Beach or Lauderdale-By-The-Sea for shopping and great beach-front restaurants.

A charming place to call home, Sea Ranch Lakes is perfect for those seeking a sense of community, security, and proximity to the sea.
