Fort Lauderdale Market Stats 2012- 2013

Though this RE/MAX housing report reflects national trends, we’ve seen tons of growth locally here in South Florida as well. Median sales prices in Fort Lauderdale are steadily creeping up and sellers are experiencing a good deal of demand for their homes. In light of our End of February Financial look, the above February data compiled for March is in line with the demand we’ve been experiencing.

National and County-wide news sources are slow and do not always accurately represent what is happening in the Fort Lauderdale market. Our statistics are updated every few days so you can access the most accurate information available.
